You may well ask, why the “Eskimo” Golf Society? The answer to that is this. The Oblates in Ireland had a fund – raising outing once a year and they called it Eskimo Golf because the Order had become famous for their work with the Eskimos. Even though we were working for a different Oblate mission I thought the name is good enough for us too and so we stuck with the Eskimo Golf Society....MORE

Mark Fitzpatrick Day

Wednesday 13th April 2011

The day, as usual, is being sponsored by the Fitzpatrick family, and so we are hoping for a big turnout.

 

The cost for the day  TBA which includes 18 holes of golf, a 3 course carvery meal and prize giving which will be followed by the usual raffle.

 

Breakfast (Bacon rolls) and/or Tea/Coffee will be availble prior to tee-off, at additional cost.

 

The Tee-times TBA,  please arrive early to ensure continuity on the tee.

 

As you are aware, Mark Fitzpatrick was our founder member in 1982, and was our 1st Captain & 1st President.
